Is Ryan Seacrest ready to pop the question? The Wheel of Fortune host revealed that he has his proposal all set to go in his phone, but he wants to run it by Vanna White first.
At the end of the October 22 episode, Seacrest and White talked about contestant Olivia Bordenet, who made it to the bonus round and was getting married in one year and one day after her episode aired. She took home $25,598 after not solving the bonus puzzle.
When it came time to introduce who was there for her at the bonus round, Bordenet introduced her mom and her fiancé, Jake. Seacrest asked her if the proposal was romantic.
“It was unbelievable. I’ve never been more stunned and shocked in my entire life,” Bordenet said. “He caught me completely off-guard.”
Seacrest’s mouth opened in shock. He turned to Jack and said, “Way to go, man!”
“He pulled off a great proposal for sure,” the contestant replied.
“Great! And now the world knows about it. Congrats!” the host replied before they got to her puzzle.
When the show came back from commercial, the hosts wondered how the couple’s proposal went down. “And I want to know about your proposal,” White told Seacrest. “Do you have thoughts on a proposal?”
“You’re putting me on the spot there, Vanna,” Seacrest said.
“Well…” she replied.
“Obviously, I’ve thought it through,” the 51-year-old said.
“Yeah?” White asked.
“The element of surprise and the wording and everything. I’ve put it in the notes in my phone. There’s just that one blank to fill out at the end when we get there,” Seacrest said, which made the audience laugh. “I’ll run it by you first.”
“Perfect,” White replied.

“You don’t mind?” he asked as the show ran the credits.
“No,” White said.
“Ok. Good,” Seacrest replied.
Seacrest has never been married or engaged, but has been in a lot of relationships. He tends to keep his dating life private. However, he is rumored to be dating Dutch model Maxime Nova after he posted about a dinner for two. They were first spotted together in June 2026.
The host also made a comment about going to bed angry. Fans also noticed that a woman was filming a cooking video for him, sparking speculation.
Most famously, Seacrest dated Julianne Hough from 2010 to 2013. From then until 2020, he was in an on-and-off relationship with model Shayna Taylor. Most recently, the host dated model Aubrey Petcosky from 2021 to 2024.
