After graduating from the University of Miami in 2023, Earle moved from her student dorm to a luxury apartment in the city, which she rented with her roommate and longtime friend, Kristin Konefal. She shared in April 2025 that she had moved out of the rented Florida condo. Her next move? A $2.7 million home in Brickell, Florida, which belonged to NFL player and her then boyfriend, Braxton Berrios, whom she began dating in 2023.
“It’s obviously really weird for me because it’s the first time living without a roommate,” she said in a TikTok video. “I’ve lived with Kristin for three—it feels like four—years. So it is scary. But also, the scary thing is, I’m barely even going to be here.” At the time of her move-in, Earle mentioned her stay would be temporary; she’d be traveling frequently due to her hectic schedule, and Berrios relocated to Houston to join the Texans after two seasons with the Miami Dolphins. Berrios’s downtown Miami manse, built in 1938, boasts six bedrooms and six bathrooms, along with a swimming pool, a pool table, a chef’s kitchen, and a patio with a grilling station, per Realtor. It is unclear if Earle still maintains a Florida home base following her split from Berrios in December 2025.
Los Angeles apartment
According to Page Six, Earle rents a luxury two-bedroom apartment in Los Angeles. Her downtown digs feature floor-to-ceiling windows and a kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry. The pad’s primary suite boasts a spacious walk-in closet, a marble shower, and a double sink vanity with a back-lit mirror—perfect for “get ready with me” videos.
