In December 2011 Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his spouse (then girlfriend) Priscilla Chan made a secret journey to Vietnam, visiting two well-known locations: Ha Lengthy Bay and Sa Pa.
He rented a kayak to discover the bay and go to some caves round it.
To shake off the media, Zuckerberg employed cruise vessels in Ha Lengthy and booked rooms at a number of well-known lodges corresponding to Hon Gai and Novotel.
The couple spend the night time on the bay within the Fireplace Phoenix ship.
From Ha Lengthy, they took a helicopter to Sa Pa and stayed at Topas Ecolodge and explored the native cultures within the northern highlands.
He took a buffalo experience round a stream (pictured). Arriving on the village middle, he, his spouse and a gaggle of associates performed blindfolded goat catching, a conventional sport.
