A brand new type of ice cream, dipped in salt and impressed by Mexican paletas, has caught the eye of dessert lovers in Hanoi.
Tuan Anh, aged 42, found the deal with throughout his time working in tourism and assembly individuals from all over the world. Paletas ice cream is thought for its creamy fruit filling and frozen fruit shell, blended with agave syrup and chilled honey.
With Vietnam’s tropical local weather and abundance of fruits, Anh spent three years creating his personal model of fruit ice cream impressed by paletas.
“I wish to share Vietnamese fruits with our worldwide buddies via this mission,” he stated.
After eight years of onerous work, Anh’s ice cream model has turn out to be well-known amongst many individuals.
