According to a new Restaurant Business’s 2025 report, the Miami hotspot MILA generated over $51 million in annual sales, surpassing long-standing leaders such as the iconic Miami-based Joe’s Stone Crab. Previously, MILA ranked #5 in 2022 and 2023, and inched its way up to #2 last year with roughly $49 million in sales, with an average check size of $188. MILA is known for its immersive dining and nightlife experience, housing multiple concepts under one roof, including its rooftop MediterrAsian restaurant, the MILA Omakase room, a high-energy lounge and cocktail bar, and MM, its private members-only club, creating a multi-layered destination that draws both locals and visitors and consistently drives high-volume traffic.
MILA opened its doors in January 2020—just two months before the pandemic—and has managed not only to survive but to thrive in a city that’s constantly evolving and overflowing with new openings.
Behind the concept is Riviera Dining Group (RDG), the hospitality team shaping some of Miami’s most in-demand restaurants. Their portfolio includes MILA, CASA NEOS, Claudie, and the newly opened AVA MediterrAegean in Coconut Grove, each built around immersive design and experiential dining.
