Royal Caribbean’s pizza is a fan-favorite
With so many snack options available at sea, you may not expect cruisers to keep reaching for pizza. But many passengers say that Royal Caribbean’s pizza is addictive.
“I don’t know if it’s considered a snack but I’m addicted to the pizza. Whether it’s Sorrento’s or in Cafe Promenade, I find myself going down there several times a day,” peterotoolesliver wrote in the cruise snack discussion.
Other vacationers hungrily agree.

“I was on the Star back in September for my first Royal Caribbean cruise. I think I ate about 40 pounds of Sorrento’s that week. Can’t wait to get on the Symphony for some more in February,” In2TheMaelstrom said.
Sorrento’s Pizza is a complimentary New York-style pizza spot that serves classic and specialty slices. It’s a favorite for late-night dining, especially after a few cruise beverages.
“It could be the drink package talking, but for me it’s the instant access pizza,” badMotorist added.
Escargot is an unexpected Royal Caribbean cruise favorite
One of the best things about unlimited cruise dining is the opportunity to try different foods that you might not order at a land-based restaurant.
For many Royal Caribbean passengers, deciding to try something new led them to discover a new favorite cruise appetizer in the main dining room.
“I’d never had escargot before, figured why not, I’ll try it on my last cruise… man that was good,” c0horst wrote.

Eating cooked snails may sound unappetizing to some people, but many say once you’ve tried it, escargot is something you’ll crave again and again.
“Escargot for main dining is something we always look forward to,” DJJbird09 said. “The best way to explain the taste is like buttery garlic and cheese covered mushrooms.”

Royal Caribbean’s ranger cookies are not to be missed
While soft serve ice cream is a favorite cruise treat no matter which cruise line you’re sailing, many Royal Caribbean cruisers say cookies are the real star of the show when it comes to sweet treats on Royal Caribbean ships.
Royal Caribbean’s coconut ranger cookies are a cult favorite among loyal to Royal cruisers. Often available in the Windjammer buffet and other complimentary dining venues, these cookies are beloved for their chewy texture, crispy edges, and sweet, nutty flavor.
They’re so popular that Royal Caribbean even shares its ranger cookies recipe on its website so fans can satisfy their cravings between sailings.
