The Singapore Movie Fee (SFC)’s twenty fifth anniversary documentary will delve into the journey of Singaporean cinema over the previous 25 years and showcase its affect on Asian cinema.

The 45-minute documentary, titled Singapore Movies: To The World And Again, will characteristic unique interviews with Singapore’s best-known business veterans, together with Jack Neo, Anthony Chen, Eric Khoo, Nicole Midori Woodford, Teh Su Ching, Raihan Halim, Janice Chua and Tan Si En.

Produced by an all-woman group of Infocomm Media Growth Authority (IMDA) SG Digital students and led by BAFTA-winning filmmaker Low Ser En, the documentary can even present how Singaporean filmmakers collaborated with movie industries and expertise throughout Southeast Asia.

“In Singapore Movies: To The World And Again, we wished to inform a human story of Singapore filmmakers, whose ardour and tenacity triumph (over) numerous challenges, together with the pandemic, within the movie business,” mentioned native filmmaker Low Ser En.
