Norwegian Cruise Line is actively working to attract more families, but that doesn’t mean that all of its experiences are family focused.
The cruise line has enjoyed great success with a premium onboard experience that’s exclusively for adults. And it’s making progress on a major initiative to bring that adults-only retreat to more of its ships, as well as its private island in The Bahamas.
Until recently, the space was only available on newer Norwegian Cruise Line ships, but as older ships go to dry dock for enhancements, the cruise line is upgrading its offerings for adults by expanding the exclusive retreat across its fleet.
Norwegian debuted the space on two more ships this fall and just revealed that it will bring the popular adults-only oasis to two additional ships in the spring.

More Norwegian Jewel-Class ships are getting Vibe Beach Club
Just in time for the winter cruise season, Norwegian Jewel and Norwegian Pearl are now offering passengers the opportunity to upgrade their Caribbean sailings with passes to Vibe Beach Club, a private, adults-only sundeck separate from the main pool area that offers enhanced relaxation.
Passes to Vibe Beach Club promise no fighting for a lounge chair, a tranquil atmosphere, premium amenities, and unmatched ocean views.
In the spring, the cruise line will also add Vibe Beach Club to its other Jewel-Class ships, Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Gem.

On both ships, the popular, adults-only sundeck will replace the additional sundeck on deck 14 and offer an added hot tub, 54 premium lounge chairs, and seven new private cabanas. The premium venue will also feature a full-service private bar and offer personalized services including water spritzers, chilled towels, and fruit skewers.
Vibe Beach Club will debut on both ships in May 2026, just in time for summer cruises. Passes and cabanas are now on sale for summer sailings on both ships. Norwegian Jade will sail seven-day Alaska cruises from Vancouver, Canada and Whittier, Alaska in summer 2026, while Norwegian Gem offers a variety of Mediterranean and Greek Isles cruises from Venice and Rome, Italy.

Vibe Shore Club is coming to Great Stirrup Cay
Norwegian cruise passengers will also soon be able to enjoy the Vibe Beach Club experience on land at the cruise line’s private island in The Bahamas, Great Stirrup Cay.
Vibe Shore Club is coming to the island this winter as part of a major upgrade to the island’s experiences. Other new features include a 1.4-acre pool area with swim-up bars and a dedicated kids’ splash zone, and a pier that will make accessing the island much easier.

By purchasing a day pass for the adults-only Vibe Shore Club, vacationers can enjoy a secluded beachfront retreat with a private bar, hanging day beds, and upgraded lounge seating. Villas will also be available to rent for an even more exclusive island experience.
In summer 2026, Great Stirrup Cay will also debut a nearly six-acre Great Tides Waterpark with 19 waterslides, an 800-foot dynamic river, a kids’ splash zone, cliffside jumps, and more.
