McKesson to acquire controlling interest in Core Ventures for $2.5B (NYSE:MCK)

McKesson (NYSE:MCK) stated it is going to acquire a controlling interest in Core Ventures for $2.49B in money.
Core Ventures was established by Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS).
MCK will maintain 70% of the corporate, and after the closing of the deal, Core Ventures will change into a part of the Oncology platform, and monetary outcomes shall be reported inside McKesson’s U.S. Pharmaceutical section.
FCS will retain a minority interest in Core Ventures.
