Marijuana rescheduling likely delayed due to DEA hearing

The DEA has scheduled a hearing in early December to talk about the Justice Department’s proposal to reschedule marijuana to a Class III substance, a transfer that would delay formal motion on the matter till the subsequent presidential administration.
