CASS, WV (WVNS) – You can spend your holly jolly holidays in the comfort of an old Company House. Christmas at Cass takes you on a journey across the railroad tracks and back in time.
The steam powered journey will depart the Cass depot and travel along the scenic Greenbrier River. The train ride itself last approximately 60 to 75 minutes long.
Even the staff says there is no place like Cass at Christmas time.

“We light the town on Main Street, on Seventh Street and on Spruce Street. The different company houses will be illuminated. It really is very picturesque,” said Superintendent Frank Witsberge.
Each child will receive a special surprise gift during the ride, which is included in the ticket price. The Cass Scenic Railroad State Park and Friends of Cass will be offering a variety of activities and events throughout the weekend, including visits from Santa.
