“I have been coming right here for 2 years now, normally 2-3 occasions per week. Fried pate is my absolute favourite. I grew up with my grandmother’s braised pork, which had that candy southern contact. So, after I style the braised pork stomach right here, it brings again these nostalgic flavors,” he mentioned.
