Hallmark fans are celebrating the official announcement regarding the return of a favorite movie series. After several years of begging and pleading, a new Curious Caterer mystery is on the way. Nikki DeLoach and Andrew Walker both return, and filming begins very soon.
According to People, a new Curious Caterer mystery film will debut sometime in 2027. Walker and DeLoach announced the exciting news during a Q&A panel that took place on Saturday, October 24, on the Hallmark Christmas Cruise.
The last Curious Caterer movie aired in 2024, and Hallmark fans have been begging for another one ever since. DeLoach and Walker have consistently said they were open to returning to their roles of Goldy Berry and Detective Tom Schultz, and now it is finally happening.
As Us Weekly shared in May, Walker encouraged fans to “message Hallmark and go to the chat groups and tell them how much you’re missing Curious Caterer.” He added that he had “been told that we might get some more episodes back” and added that the “scripts are written.”
During the Q&A panel, DeLoach revealed they would start filming almost immediately upon finishing the cruise.
Per the website Creative BC, the sixth edition of the Curious Caterer series will film in Canada from October 30 to November 18.
