Go inside Grey Towers Castle at Arcadia University

In this edition of One Tank Trips, we’re taking you inside one of the most striking buildings in Pennsylvania.

The Grey Towers Castle on Arcadia University’s campus was built in 1898, using stone from quarries in nearby Chestnut Hill. It features more than 50 gargoyles, a ballroom, and a mirror room.

It was once one of the largest private residences in the country. But these days, some lucky students call it home.

Grey Towers Castle can be found in Glenside Pennsylvania, right in Montgomery County.

Action News photojournalist Tom Kretschmer takes us inside.
