Owner and Executive Chef Ian Dedrickson has been in the restaurant industry ever since he was a teenager and says, “I love everything about fine dining except the pretension. You know, I love the creativity and the food, the hospitality, you know, being able to be treated. But I want you to be treated for who you are, not what you present yourself as.”
