Gil Kenan has confirmed {that a} new villain will take the highlight in Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire. The 47-year-old filmmaker is helming the most recent film within the supernatural comedy franchise, slated for launch in March 2024, and defined how a brand new antagonist will terrorise the Spengler household after Gozer was revived for Ghostbusters: Afterlife.
Kenan advised Empire journal: “As a result of the Spengler household story drove the narrative in Afterlife, bringing Gozer again to centre stage was a pure method to shut the ebook on the previous.
