When you think about Atlantic City, your mind probably goes to gambling, nightlife, fine dining, and of course, entertainment. But the Ocean Casino Resort is a premiere destination for families, especially during the holidays.
If you’re looking for a holiday experience that feels straight out of a storybook, the resort has quietly turned itself into one of the most festive destinations of the season. It all starts with an adventure to the North Pole.
Santa’s Hideaway Adventure is back and bigger than ever. The magical elevator transported my family and me straight to Santa’s home at the North Pole for a meet-and-greet unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. From the small gifts each child gets as part of the experience to the warm and welcoming staff, this is now a must-do for us every holiday.
You can get the same experience now through Christmas Eve and even shop for keepsakes at the on-site holiday store. This is definitely Ocean’s most magical offering, but the holiday fun doesn’t stop there.
Ocean has fully transformed into a seaside winter wonderland for the holidays. The property is filled with decorative trees and festive decor that are perfect for capturing the most Instagrammable memories.
Stay in one of 30 holiday-themed rooms and suites on the magical 36th floor. Each comes complete with twinkling trees, hot chocolate kits, and plenty of surprises. There’s even a Mean Green Suite with a playful Grinch-inspired aesthetic.

And for families who love live entertainment, Cirque Musica Holiday Wonderland comes to Ovation Hall on Dec. 14, blending holiday classics with world-class circus artistry.
Love shopping? Ocean’s Holiday Village at The Shops at The Row features local vendors, treats, and gifts every weekend through Dec. 20. And for grown-ups looking for something spirited—literally—the Jingle Bell Bar holiday pop-up returns with festive cocktails and nostalgic over-the-top décor.
