Jay-Z has a lot to celebrate after this weekend.

On the first of two nights at California’s SoFi Stadium, the rapper welcomed a very special guest to the stage: his and Beyoncé’s daughter Blue Ivy Carter. The 14-year-old joined her dad under the spotlight to accompany him on piano for “The Story of O.J.” and “Dead Presidents.”

Afterwards, Jay-Z told the crowd, “Please put your hands together and make a heavenly noise for the multi-talented, the most incredible, Blue Ivy Carter.”

As the Oct. 23 crowd applauded, Jay-Z mimed bowing down to Blue Ivy’s musical prowess. Blue Ivy then walked over for a hug with her dad and waved to the crowd before walking off stage. The sweet father-daughter duo was met with plenty of loud support from the crowd.

Blue Ivy’s spotlight moment wasn’t the only surprise of the night. Eagle-eyed fans noticed that a certain famous trio were dancing together and cheering the father and daughter on from the stands: it was Destiny’s Child, reunited. Beyoncé was joined in her suite by Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, where the famed girl group bopped along to Jay-Z’s hits.

Destiny’s Child was of course a larger group when it launched in the ’90s, including members LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett, but after various shakeups, they eventually rose to fame as a trio.

The three core members have remained close friends over the years and, amid calls for a proper Destiny’s Child reunion, have given fans a taste of what that would look like. Last year, they joined Beyoncé onstage for her final Los Angeles show on the Cowboy Carter tour. Meanwhile, Blue Ivy danced alongside her mom throughout the three-hour set for 32 shows across three months.

The teen has made a habit of joining her parents onstage to show off her skills as a performer. In March, Jay-Z told GQ that Blue Ivy is a “crazy pianist” but reluctant to turn that particular talent into a career.

“She won’t let us get her a teacher. She doesn’t want it to be a job. But she has perfect pitch,” the rapper said. “If she hears a song, she’ll be like ‘Play it again,’ and then she’ll teach herself.”

He added that it was an especially proud moment to see Blue Ivy take the stage as a dancer on her mother’s tour because choreography posed a bigger challenge for the teen.

“That’s just talent. She doesn’t work at that,” he said of her piano skills. “She worked at this, and it makes me proud that she fought for something that she really wanted to do. I don’t think we’re going to be able to get her off that stage now.”

Blue Ivy previously joined her dad onstage for the July Yankee Stadium kickoff of his 30th anniversary concert series. She was among a star-studded lineup of special guests that included Alicia Keys, Rihanna, and, of course, Beyoncé.

As for Jay-Z’s two-night tenure at SoFi, he was welcomed to the stage Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Too Short.
