How Affluent Travelers Receive Red Carpet Concierge Treatment In Miami

High-net-worth individuals, business owners, executives, families and public figures often come to Miami from New York, New Jersey, Texas, Canada and elsewhere on private or commercial flights. They arrive for vacations, business, celebrations and events such as Art Basel, the Super Bowl or an A-list concert at a venue such as the Hard Rock Stadium.

LUXTERIA Concierge

According to Isaac Weinberg, founder & CEO of LUXTERIA Concierge, Miami, what they share is how much they value time, privacy and a trusted local partner. They can book services themselves, but they come to LUXTERIA for access to properties and services, local knowledge and Weinberg’s ability to manage every part of the trip.

He says, “The reason for the visit matters as much as the budget. Clients arriving with friends may want a waterfront villa, restaurant reservations and a day on a yacht. When they return with their family, priorities may shift: the right layout of spaces, a private chef, housekeeping, childcare and shared time together.”

For well-known guests, privacy can drive the entire search. Weinberg receives requests for homes where clients can enjoy the pool without being seen by others, a requirement that sometimes matters more than impressive interiors. Over five years of operating in Miami, he built LUXTERIA around matching the property, transport and services to each client’s needs. From private dining, yachts and spa and fitness to security.

“Clients entrust us with their time,” he explains. “So we start by understanding what they need, choose the right place to stay and coordinate every service and transfer around it.”

Miami Beach

Miami Beach is one of the most requested locations. Clients want easy access to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and their points of interest, alongside a private home they can return to. Waterfront villas are especially in demand, but the choice turns on the details: design, layout, privacy and location. Homes with a similar bedroom count and view can still offer completely different experiences. One client asked for a home on Star Island whose interiors would be as white as possible. The color palette was a central condition. A property can fit the budget, location and group size, yet miss the atmosphere they want. Clients also request homes where a helicopter can land. In those cases, LUXTERIA checks in advance whether it is permitted and operationally feasible.

Weinberg says, “A recurring request, especially from well-known guests, is a pool area that is not exposed to others. So we review sight lines, neighboring properties and whether the home can be seen from the water. A guest may want a water view and full privacy at the same time. Those are two separate considerations, and both matter. The layout has to fit the group. Families may need bedrooms close together and staff quarters, friends may need comfortable sleeping arrangements and generous shared spaces, guests planning private dinners need a suitable kitchen, dining area and outdoor entertaining spaces.”

LUXTERIA Concierge arranges villas, private estates, penthouses and stays at luxury hotels. In private homes they can add chefs, housekeeping, shopping, childcare, security and in-home spa and fitness. In the end, they look not only at whether the home is impressive, but whether it fits these specific guests, gives them privacy and lets them spend their time the way they planned.

Direct relationships with homeowners and property managers are central to the work. Some properties are not listed publicly, so checking availability begins with whether the owner is willing to consider a given stay.

Weinberg says, “First we clarify the client’s needs such as dates, group size, location, design preferences and how the home will be used. Then we approach suitable owners and settle availability, price, house rules, deposit, staffing and preparations. An owner’s willingness to open their home depends on more than the nightly rate. They need to know how the property will be used, who will coordinate arrival and services, and who is accountable during the stay. Knowing the owner’s preferences and the home’s limits lets us spot the right fit and present the property accurately to the guest before any commitment. When the owner uses the home, preparations may include a temporary move and relocating personal belongings. After the stay is confirmed, we coordinate preparing the house, shopping, staffing and guest arrival.”

Example Of The Red Carpet Service

Weinberg explains, “A New York client called at 10:30 p.m. wanting a home with at least seven bedrooms on the Venetian Islands that same night for a group of friends, and his private jet was already part of the plan. The owner first refused. We had already tried every owner we knew. Then came $50,000 a night for four nights, plus a luxury hotel for the owner for the full stay. The owner agreed. The contract was signed at 11:30 p.m. The client’s plane took off at 1:20 a.m. That same night the LUXTERIA Concierge team brought in cleaners, moved the owner’s belongings, handled the shopping lists and had drivers waiting at the plane. By early morning everything was ready, including a sunrise DJ and the champagne and spirits he likes waiting on the aircraft. The same level of coordination is required for stays planned far in advance: agreement with the owner, clear expectations and preparations tailored to the guests.”

The relationship opens access to the property. The quality of the coordination shapes the guest experience, including how they arrive and move from there. Weinberg factors transport in when choosing where they stay: where guests will dine, where the yacht departs and how often they will leave the house. They match both the location and the transfers to the full plan.

He adds, “We start with arrival details: airport and terminal, flight times, passenger count, luggage and any needs related to children, personal staff, or security. From there we arrange an SUV, a Sprinter, multiple cars or a dedicated driver. For private-jet arrivals, we coordinate pickup with the terminal and the driver, and confirm in advance how to enter the property and who will receive the guests”

Coordination matters most when plans change. A flight delay can affect the driver, house staff, the chef and restaurant reservations. LUXTERIA Concierge updates and realigns everyone as needed. Coordination continues through the stay. If a guest wants one more hour on the yacht, Weinberg checks whether it is possible and how it affects pickup and what comes next. For the guest, that is another hour on the water. Behind the scenes, it can change several arrangements. A smooth arrival means the guest does not have to mediate between the driver, the house manager and the chef. LUXTERIA Concierge makes sure the property, transport, staff and activities run as one plan.

Smooth as silk, exactly as high-net-worth individuals desire.
