If you’re a Disneyland regular or someone who wants to get the most value out of every visit, 2026 may just have the annual pass—better known as Disneyland’s Magic Keys—you’ve been craving.
Magic Keys are Disneyland Resort’s version of an annual pass, giving you entry into both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, along with a bundle of perks that make frequent visits easier (and more affordable). And now, there’s good news: Disneyland Resort just introduced a brand-new Magic Key option—the Explore Key—and it’s designed with loyal fans squarely in mind.
Starting January 13, 2026 (no earlier than 9 a.m. PT), you’ll be able to buy the new Explore Key or the returning Imagine Key, alongside the existing Inspire and Believe passes.

What makes this especially exciting for fans is that the Explore Key offers more flexibility during the times most families actually want to visit, making it an appealing replacement for the outgoing Enchant Key.
With the debut of the Explore Key, the Enchant Key is being retired. If you currently have an Enchant Key, you can still use it until it expires—but the Explore Key is essentially an upgraded version.
The biggest win? You now get weekday access in June and July, giving you more opportunities to enjoy summer in the parks without needing the higher-tier passes. For many passholders, this single change is a huge upgrade.
Magic Key passes are also one of the best ways to stretch your Disneyland budget. In many cases, you can get your full value in as few as four visits, thanks to perks like Park Hopper admission, parking discounts, dining and merchandise savings, Lightning Lane Multi Pass discounts, and surprise Magic Key–only offerings throughout the year.
2026 Magic Keys at a Glance
-
Inspire Key—Most access, fewest blockout dates, biggest discounts.
-
Believe Key—Strong year-round access with solid discounts.
-
Explore Key (new)—Similar to Enchant, plus weekday access in June and July.
-
Imagine Key—Lowest-priced option for California residents with select-day access.
And with the newly released 2026 event calendar, you can plan your visits around the moments you care about most—like Lunar New Year, new character appearances from Bluey and Bingo, or a brand-new mission on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run inspired by The Mandalorian and Grogu.
Basically, if you love being among the first to experience what’s new, a Magic Key makes that easier.
California residents also get extra flexibility with 12-month, 0% APR payments and a new lower $99 down payment.
