Flight attendants have seen it all. Therefore, they give the best travel advice. After all, they spend countless hours in the air. This is why we were excited to spot a TikTok titled “surviving a long-haul flight with only two items” posted by flight attendant Ally Case (@allycase1).
In the video, Case is seen sitting in an economy-class seat. In the text across the bottom, she says, “Lots of people tell you you need 5,000 products to survive a long-haul economy flight, but I’m here to tell you you just need two.”
Two products make the difference

Case is pictured placing the SARISUN head strap with eye mask over her eyes, writing that “it blocks out every ounce of light for a much more comfortable sleeping experience.” When she’s finished, she demonstrates how easily the mask folds up for storage.
The SARISUN head strap is made from memory foam, combining the features of an eye mask and a travel pillow. The product receives rave reviews and comments like, “I fly to Asia once a year and regularly take 3–5 hour domestic flights, and this strap + eye mask combo has completely changed the way I sleep while traveling. It keeps my head upright and reduces that awkward head-bob jerk when you nod off.”
The second product Case recommends is a foot hammock since most economy seats don’t have footrests. She films herself sitting comfortably with her feet cradled in the NOONCRAZY airplane foot hammock, adding that you can “adjust the straps so it’s the perfect length for your height.”
The NOONCRAZY foot hammock has also garnered high praise from reviewers with comments like, “Just flew with it in my first trip! Won’t fly without one long distance ever again!”
Case concludes her video with the words, “both of these make sleeping on the plane so much more comfortable.”
It’s the next best thing to upgrading to first class.
