Doctors believe that the Princess of Wales’ nose has a straight shape with an adorable, rounded tip that many people desire. Additionally, her nose is in proportion to her face. All of these factors created a striking appearance that made people want to look just like her. Since Middleton was often photographed smiling, it gave people the idea that they would be happy with her nose when they were currently unhappy with their own.
Multiple women who had rhinoplastic surgeries to be a Kate Middleton lookalike said that they were delighted with the results. One patient, Danielle Murray, said that it “dramatically changed” how her whole face looked, and part of that reason was that she was smiling a lot more often due to the results of the surgery.
